WHAT WE NEED
  A named STEM sponsor (lab, faculty, or metrology shop) who will:
  1) time native_mill memcpy + pack on their machine OR witness our door run
  2) write one paragraph: host, OS, clock source, observed MT/s/GB/s
  3) allow that paragraph to sit next to our Zenodo deposit

WHAT WE ARE NOT ASKING
  Co-sign of optical Pbps, FTL µs, or absolute zero-heat physics claims.
  Those labels are parked pending instrumented work.
