0. Cache-Resident Discrete Search — P vs NP Reformulation (Working Paper)

Hardware-bound observation instrument: bounded NP-hard instances exhibit O(1) spatial cache residency when state is packed as 16-byte Atom16 invariants on bare-metal Kell paths. Reformulation, not a Clay proof. Kill-criterion pre-registered. Evidence hash-bound: 211 files, 931,932 B (G5 archive manifest on record).

1. Oncology Methods Note (32-State Markov — Historical Audit)

RETIRED (2026-09-09, SG referee): The headline figures 91.26% and 86.11% are not validated clinical concordance. They were in-sample recovery of the same five-gene IHC labeling rule on METABRIC (N = 1,980), not external validation against PAM50 or IHC truth. Do not cite as performance. Figshare erratum pending on DOI 10.6084/m9.figshare.33456187.

McNemar and bootstrap intervals on this table are historical audit artifacts only. Independent check against PAM50 reference labels (5-class evaluable N = 1,756) yields 49.37% exact match on the full cohort context and 55.69% on the 5-class subset — not 91.26%. Future basin claims require stratified cross-validation on external labels with fold-wise Δ above majority baseline.

5. Kell M2M OS Boot (USB / ISO)

Open ISO boot path for the Kell M2M eco kernel. After dd to a white USB stick or firmware boot from T7, stamp use so we know how Kell was used—not just that bytes moved.
